Bronze (Monitoring and Fault Notification) Includes globally capable 24x7x365 monitoring, fault detection and notification with customer reporting and collaboration portal. All options are backed by industry leading service level guarantees.
Silver (Monitoring and Supplemental Management) Includes Bronze plus predefined remediation and problem action steps. Additional services provided are proactive service outage response, system maintenance, and basic reporting.
Gold (Monitoring and Comprehensive Management) (Critical Care) Includes Bronze and Silver plus ownership and management of problem remediation and resolution including root-cause analysis. Also includes robust and comprehensive Change, Configuration, Capacity, and Performance Management with advanced portal reporting.
